1. PUBLISHER AND SCOPE

These T&Cs govern:

  • Private tours (cultural, wine-tasting, coastal)

  • VIP services (Mercedes V-Class transportation)

  • Additional services (entrance tickets, reservations).

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
2.1 Process
  1. Service selection on our website

  2. Secure payment (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer) via encrypted platform

  3. Immediate e-ticket (PDF).

2.2 Customer Obligations
  • Provide accurate information (e.g., participant count, health restrictions)

  • Verify e-ticket validity (legible printout or digital version on charged smartphone)

2.3 Pricing
  • All prices in EUR, inclusive of VAT

  • Include: described services, licensed driver-guide, professional liability insurance (AXA Policy No. [XXXX])

  • Exclude: gratuities, personal expenses

3. MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
3.1 By Customer
  • Cancellation > 72h prior: 100% refund

  • Cancellation ≤ 72h prior: 50% fee

  • No-show: No refund

3.2 By Nice Tours Premium
  • Force majeure (weather, strikes): Rescheduling or full refund

  • Partner changes (e.g., museum closure): Equivalent alternative offered

Note: Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services.

4. SERVICE USAGE
  • E-ticket:

    • Valid only for reserved date/time

    • Non-transferable, non-refundable if lost/stolen

  • Transportation:

    • Smoking prohibited

    • Food/drinks not permitted in vehicles

    • Seatbelts mandatory

5. LIABILITIES
  • Nice Tours Premium:

    • Takes all reasonable measures to deliver promised services

    • Not liable for delays beyond its control (e.g., traffic)

  • Customer:

    • Must obtain travel insurance covering cancellations

    • Responsible for vehicle damages (deductible: [XXX]€)

6. PERSONAL DATA
  • Collection: Name, email, phone, payment details (stored with Hostinger, Cyprus)

  • Purpose: Booking fulfillment and personalized offers (opt-in required for marketing)

  • Retention: 3 years after last contact

  • Rights: Access, rectification, deletion via contact@nicetourspremium.com

7. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
  • Governing law: French law (Tourism Code and Consumer Code)
